You will never be charged for work you haven’t approved. A standard diagnostic fee may apply for complex electrical or engine problem investigations, which is often waived if you proceed with the repair with us. All costs are discussed upfront with no hidden charges.

A standard oil change may take about 30-45 minutes, while more involved repairs could take several hours or require the vehicle to stay overnight. When you bring your vehicle in, we will provide you with a realistic timeframe. For appointment customers, we strive to begin work at the scheduled time and keep you updated on any changes.
Yes, we have a comfortable customer waiting area with seating and refreshments. You are welcome to wait while we complete your service. For longer repairs, we can arrange a drop-off service, or you may prefer to use our shuttle service within central Buea (subject to availability). Please inquire when booking.
